The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly at all levels. The room was well-equipped and very well decorated, not to mention views over the river from the window. Booked the hotel for its comfortable location next to the river and Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park and downtown. It also was close enough to get to Grocery store.

The location is fantastic, right by the river. It's conveniently situated close to the lake, Estes Park town, and the Woodlands. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the bedroom TV is huge. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and convenient location near Rocky Mountain State Park. Comfy beds and a two-level area with a great recliner. Perfect for weddings and fishing. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money, with comfortable rooms and great attention to detail. The location next to the beautiful fall river is simply stunning, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere for guests. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
